March 11th, 2017 - Johnny Pursley Picks Up First Win in Skyler Trull Memorial at Carolina Speedway
1Drawing 23 cars for the 17th annual Skyler Trull Memorial, Pursley timed in second fastest in qualifying, putting him on the front row for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Johnny led the first 14 laps of the feature before Chris Ferguson took control. Pursley would go on to initially cross the finish line in 2nd but was awarded his first win of the season after the apparent winner came in light at the scales. Zack Mitchell, Dennis Franklin, G.R. Smith, and Michael Brown rounded out the Top 5 finishers.

March 4th, 2017 - Pursley Begins Season at North Georgia for Ultimate Event
1Johnny Pursley kicked off the 2017 racing season on Saturday night at North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Georgia) for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series sanctioned contest. Competing in a field of 31 Super Late Models, Pursley transferred into the B-Main after coming up short of a transfer position into the feature via qualifying. Grabbing the final transfer position in his consolation event, Pursley rolled off on the tail for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Holding his spot for all 40-laps, Johnny Pursley logged a 24th place outing.

1On Sunday Johnny headed to Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the Southern All Star Series season opener. Drawing 38 entries for the annual March Madness, Johnny locked his spot into the A-Main after laying down the fastest time in his qualifying group. Starting in 7th, Johnny Pursley dropped back to a 20th place outing in the 60-lap affair. (K-MansParts.com)

December 12th, 2016 - Johnny Pursley Wraps Up 2016 With 5 Wins
Competing in a total of 33 events throughout the 2016 season, Johnny Pursley reeled in five victories. With the weather affecting only one of his dates, Purlsey posted 25 Top 10 finishes and 17 Top 5 finishes.

October 29th, 2016 - Back Luck for Johnny Pursley at Charlotte
1Powering the Eagle Manufacturing #09 Super Late Model, Johnny Pursley made the trip to the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) on Friday for the two-day Bad Boy Off Road World Finals. Drawing 69 Super Late Models for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned weekend, Pursley placed 7th in his heat sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 2 into the opening night A-Main, Pursley logged a 13th place outing bringing an early end to his night.

Returning on Saturday night for another $12,000-to-win A-Main, Johnny came up one spot short of a transfer position with a 4th place finish in his heat. Transferring into the B-Main for one last shot into the show, Pursley was running in 2nd until getting turned around in the turns one and two corner sending him back to a 10th place finish.

October 23rd, 2016 - Pursley Attends Blue-Gray 100 at Cherokee; Wins First Carolina Clash Points Title
1Competing in the final race of the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series season, Johnny Pursley headed to Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) on Sunday for the Blue-Gray 100. Following the 2nd fastest time overall behind Chris Ferguson, Pursley landed a runner-up finish behind Don O’Neal in his heat locking his spot into main event. Rolling off 5th for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Johnny fell back to a 7th place finish in the 100-lap affair.

October 15th, 2016 - Top 10 Finish for Pursley at Carolina Speedway
1Running in the Carolina Clash Bash, Johnny Pursley invaded Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina) on Saturday night for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series sanctioned event. Timing in 5th fastest in a field of 21 cars, Pursley rolled off 5th for the main event. Battling for a $5,000 payday, Johnny fell one spot outside a Top 5 finish posting a 6th place in the 40-lapper. October 1st, 2016 - Pursley Captures Win Number 5 at Fayetteville
1Returning with the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series, Johnny Pursley visited Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina) on Saturday night for the Boom City Fall Classic. Timing in 6th fastest in a field of 21 Super Late Models, Johnny rolled off 6th for the main event. After working his way near the front early in the event, Pursley inherited the lead on the lap 11 when the leader suffered a mechanical failure. Holding off the field for the remaining 29 laps, Johnny Pursley reeled in his 5th victory of the season over Dennis Franklin, Donald Bradsher, Michael Rouse, and Anthony Sanders. September 10th, 2016 - Another Podium Finish for Johnny Pursley
1Behind the wheel of the Pursley Grading #09 Super Late Model, Johnny Pursley invaded Friendship Motor Speedway (Elkin, North Carolina) on Saturday night for a $4,000-to-win Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series event. Timing in 3rd fastest in a field of 18 Super Late Models, Pursley rolled off 3rd for the main event. Holding his position for all 40 laps, Johnny notched a 3rd place finish behind Ross Bailes and Dennis Franklin with Anthony Sanders and Billy Hicks rounding out the Top 5.

January 10th, 2016 - Pursley Finishes 2015 Season With Three Wins
